You should be a good speaker/orator, knowledge of Current Affairs or about the particular task on which you gonna host is much required, Pleasant Personality and Camera Friendly Face. Along with your Graduation, You can do internship in any of the Media house which will enhance your confidence and your communication skills. You can move ahead in your anchoring career, Make contacts, Learn More and more practically, Observe other anchors like how they host, work on your language, build up communication skills etc. As far as I know, they hire you once you are properly trained by them.
