No, you cannot still apply for the postgraduate winter 2024 intake at most universities, as the application deadlines for that intake have already passed. For example, in Germany, the typical deadline for winter semester (which starts around October) is July 15 of the same year
At this point in May 2025, applications for winter 2024 have closed. If you are planning for postgraduate studies, you should now look for the next available intake (such as spring 2025 or fall/winter 2025) and check university websites for their upcoming deadlines.
