For admission you have to apply on the website and appear for entrance examination.
A pass in II PUC/Intermediate/10+2 or any other equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology/Electronics as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study with an minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the optional subjects (40% of marks for SC.ST.CAT-1 and OBC category).

The eligibility for admission in VIPS - Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies for:
UG Courses (BBA, BCA, BJMC): Eligibility: 12th pass, BJMC needs 50%+.

Yes there are several Scholarship programmes for PG courses at Institute of Management in Kerala, University of Kerala. But the main point is that most of the Scholarship opportunities are only for the students of the reserved categories like SC and ST category.
