It can be extremely hard for international students to be a part of the Technical University of Munich admissions as the acceptance rate is only 8%. Meaning out of every 100 applications, 8 applicants were given admission.
To be admitted, international students are not just required to have a good profile but an extraordinary one. With really good grades, extracurriculars and all.

Yes, you can apply for a Master's in Interior Design even if you don't have a B.Des in Interior Design.
Many universities accept students from different fields as long as they have a relevant bachelor's degree (like Architecture, Fine Arts, Design, Civil Engineering, or any 10+2+3 degree).
Some institutes may ask for a portfolio, entrance exam, or bridge courses to cover the basics.
So yes, it is possible—you don't need a B.Des specifically to apply.

Reegent's Uni of London PG Global scholarship is for Postgraduate students. The reward amount is GBP 3,000 off the tuition fees. To receive this scholarship, the students must have an unconditional offer from the university. Also, they need to pay the deposit within the 14 days of receiving the scholarship confirmation. The cost is cheap compared to USA or UK. For National Universities the tuition fee is around ¥535,800 per year. If you go to Private University it is bit more expensive like ¥800,000 to ¥1,500,000 per year. You need money for living cost also maybe ¥100,000 every month for rent and food.
