Yes. Getting into the University of Edinburgh for a master's degree is hard and competitive. It requires a strong academic record, a clear personal statement, and relevant references. The general acceptance rate for master's programs at the University of Edinburgh is roughly 30% to 45%, but the offer rate is even lower.

University of Hyderabad is primarily known for postgraduate and research programmes, though it does hold a respectable NIRF rank around 71. For undergraduate BTech specifically, IIT Hyderabad, IIIT Hyderabad, and JNTUH remain the stronger and more popular choices in the city. If you're set on UoH, double-check which specific BTech programmes it currently offers before applying.

On-campus hostel rooms at KIIT and SOA typically cost INR 40,000-90,000 a year, including meals in most cases. Private PGs near these campuses range from INR 6,000-10,000 a month, depending on sharing and facilities. On-campus hostels are usually the safer and more convenient option for first-year students. Book early since good hostel seats fill up fast.
