No there is no such provision to appear for URAT PG Exam from home. You must submit the application form before the deadline and appear for the same from the designated exam centre.

Yes it is very much possible to clear URAT PG without coaching. You need to have good study plan that includes sample papers, best books and also mock tests.

No, GRE is not mandatory for all universities. Top institutions like University of Toronto and UBC often require. Many universities like Simon Fraser University, Ryerson (TMU), and Carleton University make it optional or waive it if you have a high GPA and relevant work experience.
