IBS Hyderabad is one of the top B-schools. Whether pursuing post graduation is useful or not totally depends on you interest. If you take this degree in a positive manner, then definitely it will be useful.

Its better if you get experience there in germany. Do not opt for pay but rather, do PhD and you will get more fundings then pay and come back to India to start up your own research lab, company or faculty position in Indian university. Its good to go to Germany for pursuing higher education. Check
