There are many universities which would offer scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many. LPU has been ranked by NIRF among the top 100 universities including the IITs because of its worth.

IGNOU offers MSc (Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science) (MACS) course and the eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility criteria : Graduates from a recognised University/Institution with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. If the seats at the centre remain vacant then: Graduates with BA./BSc degree with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, securing at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and 55 percent in Mathematics will be considered. So from above B.Tech Computer Science students are not eligible for this program.

2- Academic Qualification:
Every candidate, in order to apply for the DU JAT 2020 exam must have qualified/cleared Class 12 examination of any board/university exam in India or in any foreign country exam recognised as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
