I am sorry but DU has a criterion of maths as compulsory subject for Eco Hons. You may try in some other university.

Dear Vansh, if the universities have explicitly mentioned that they require mathematics then I am afraid you are not eligible. If you had mathematics as an optional subject I will advice you to write to the universities, drop them an email asking if they will accept and what is the mini marks requirement.

yes you are elgible.the only diffrence not having maths in 12 th is you will have to give more effort for statistics protion of CPT(Ca entrance).
But you are surely eligible.
