In NEET exam, you have to score 50 percent aggregate in PCB and pass in physics, chemistry, biology and English. So, even if you fail in maths and you have passed in the mentioned subjects and the additional subject. If CBSE has declared you as passed, you are eligible for NEET exam.

Minimum Eligibility to apply for PG courses at Symbiosis International is at least 50% marks in Graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
There is a provision of 5% relaxation for SC/ST category students.
For course specific eligibility, refer to the university prospectus.
Admission Process
Admission to the university is granted basis merit earned in academics and entrance exam. The candidates are required to appear in the SNAP test for PG courses and SET for UG courses.

You should be able to download their brochure which contains details regarding various entrance exams conducted by authorities in the college. M.Sc (mathematics): Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for this course in colleges like Christ University-Bangalore, St Stephen's College-New Delhi, Loyola College, Chennai and Mount Carmel College-Bangalore is graduation in any discipline with mathematics and English as the main subjects with minimum 50% aggregate, however, institutes prefer students with B.Sc. /B.E. /B.Tech degree.
