Hi,
Maths is not compulsory to take admission in B.Com in human resource management. But do check with the college in which you want to take admission, as individual might have different eligibility criteria.

If you are interested in pursuing advanced courses (Masters, M.Phil., PhD etc), B.Sc. Mathematics wont disappoint you at all. After completing B.Sc. Mathematics, you can pursue M.Sc. Mathematics!
After completing M.Sc., one may go for further advanced programs like M.Phil. in Mathematics and PhD in Mathematics! Pursuing advanced courses will help one in building a career in the following sectors
Teaching (Lecturer at Colleges and Universities)
Research
Apart from the above mentioned courses, Mathematics graduates may also pursue the following PG courses

BCA Course: Eligibility
Candidates who wish to pursue BCA course must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
Pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board of education.
English as a subject of study.
A minimum aggregate score of 45% at 10+2 level.
Some colleges prefer students from Science stream or those who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level.
