The eligibility criteria required for applying to a BBA course in India is:

2) The candidate should be an Indian National.

Minimum qualification for an individual who wants to pursue B.Sc in agriculture requires the person to be from science stream i.e. PCB/M, so yes you can pursue B.Sc. Agriculture if you are from the maths stream.

M.Phil is the same as doing Ph.D. After completing your M.Phil in maths, you have a whole range of options available. You could join the teaching line or become a project manager, lab technician and research assistant. Individuals with M.Phil degree can be successful in life. IIT is much better for M.Sc in mathematics. You need to qualify IIT JAM exam to pursue M.Sc from IIT.
