Very rare colleges offer Bachelor of Computer Science. Most colleges offer BE or B.Tech in Computer Science which is different than B.Sc in Computer Science.

The procedure is different for different university. Most of the processing is online.
Some universities are taking admission by conducting admission test and some of them take admission by counseling process .
The counseling process should depend on your percentage of math in B.Sc.
