It will be difficult to get admission, but your overall score is above 50% then you can definitely expect admission in any institute. Few institutes only need 50% and above in PCM.

SAT is a standardised exam, the syllabus is the same all over and irrespective of the background. SAT Subject tests are required however the subject you must take depends on the university and what you want to study. Please find this information on the university website.
