First, you have to choose any branch of mathematics.
Then, you can go for higher studies in mathematics.
After completing master degree in maths, you can go for PhD.

You can do MS in maths, eligibility is 50% in the degree. As for now, admission are closed but some private universities have seats left, you can apply there.

Both are good streams. So, you go with this particular stream which you have more interest and also, which is favourable for you.

I suggest you that if you complete your math honors then you go for M.Sc mathematics. If you go for M.Sc then you are capable for higher studies in mathematics. So choose a good institute or a good university and take admission for M.Sc mathematics.
