Yes, as long as you have the passion for it! You'll have to learn chemistry at some point of time but at a very elementary level! With good Maths, Civil is a cake walk!

It is difficult for you to get admission for B.Tech if you did not take maths in 12th. Most of the colleges require a PCM score and entrance exam score to give admission.

You can seek admission in BCA but your choice of Universities or Colleges is restricted. You may evaluate doing BCA from Symbiosis University, IGNOU, etc which accepts non Maths students in BBA.
