Computer science and engineering basically cover all hardware and software studies about computers. Whereas in information technology we get to know about basic technology related to programmes and software development it is basically derived from computer science and engineering.
Both has equal value.

From your question, it seems to me that you are in class 9th or 10th. At first, you have to take science stream in class 11th with maths, here maths is compulsory. To get a good engineering college (especially govt. from which you can get good salary package) you have to prepare for engineering entrance tests (for example-JEE Mains, Advanced, IPU CET, UPTU, etc.), alongside your 12th.

Hello Dear,
You are afraid of maths but your area of interest doesn't require maths at all then why are you thinking about it.
Better do HSC with physics, chemistry and biology.
This will serve the purpose and you will be away from maths as well.
Think about the solutions rather than problems.

Food technology like any other engineering course will need you to learn basic maths.

For junior college teacher i.e. to teach up to 10+2 you need to have a post graduate degree and M.Ed and for lecturer (the term lecturer is used only for those teaching at graduate level) you do not need to have B.Ed or M.Ed. You need to either qualify SET or NET of UGC. SET is conducted by a state university authorised by UGC and NET by CBSE on behalf of UGC.
