You have to know your interests and aptitude, figure out what your career aspirations are. Better advice can be given if you throw some light on what you want.

You won't get grace marks this year.

You do not require to be a graduate to obtain CPL to become a Pilot. Eligibility to obtain CPL is 10+2 with Physics and Maths as subjects. If you still want to do Graduation, you may opt for B.Sc with Physics/Maths or BE Aeronautical / Mechanical/ Electronics, etc.
