Hello, I am afraid but 52% marks is quite low to get into a Canadian University. You can opt for colleges under SPP, however I doubt your visa chances which will depend on your communication skills, your intention of studying and of course your overall application kit. Look for advanced diploma, post-secondary diploma or even Bachelor's degree programs in a relevant area. Keep check on your interests, it's important you know what you want. IIT is a highly reputed and no. 1 institution in India which is recognized worldwide.
The admission into IITs is based on two exams JEE main and JEE Advanced.
You need to improve a lot in concept clarity and I'm sure your board syllabus will not be equal to JEE standards. You need to solve a lot of problems and really work hard for these two years. Only maths and physics will not help you. You need to know chemistry also as it is an easy scoring subject.
