With MBA IT degree you can get job in IT and ITES companies in Pre-Sales support and BA roles in campus placement. Since you have got 50 marks in maths you must take the improvement exams to eradicate any job oriented problem or any related stuff in future. You must secure a minimum of 60% in each subject.

After completing BE in civil engineering, M.Sc. in mathematics is not recommended. You should go for either M.Tech or MBA. You may do your M.Tech part time.

My advice is not to take any reference book before completing NCERT since 90% questions are asked from this book only, after that you should go for XAM, IDEA or Arihant.
