Actually, dear M.Sc in stats is a wide course related to business and economics. So I will advise you to go for this course on a regular basis. And, in terms of college, you should apply to central universities and to TATA institute also.

If you like mathematics then you should opt for accounts or finance courses, they are the top sectors in Canada and they to have globally relevance. Rest will depend on your interests and aptitude.

There are so many courses in B.Sc or BA, you can choose any subject which ever you like. There are many without maths and biology. Go for chemistry then.

IITs do not offer B.Sc maths degree course. However, some IITs offer integrated M.Sc courses in science subjects and maths. Admission to integrated M.Sc courses is by JEE Advanced score.
