The average package offered in PSGIM is around Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum with the highest package of Rs lakhs per annum (marketing) and for others (HR, finance & operations) - Rs 8 lakhs per annum.

Thanks Mayank for the question. HRM department get the highest salary package every year. This year, the highest package is Rs 14 lakh per annum and the average package is more than Rs 8lakh per annum. 100% placement is achieved every year.

Yes, maths is important in finance. Basic maths of 10th-12th is important in subjects like corporate finance in the calculation of company's valuation. Simple calculations on average, percentages, ratios, statistics (mean, variance and standard deviation) are common.

One option is you can opt for B.Stat from Indian Statistical Institute (eligibility Maths and English in 12th). You can apply for its entrance test which they conduct in month of May. Statistics is a growing field and is of great importance in Analytics.

You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
