First of all Maths isn't compulsory to pursue CA, Secondly taking maths or eco is matter of your interest because non of these subjects will be there in CA, except in CPT , But that is of basic level so not to worry about.
So whether to take maths or eco it's upto you this decision of your neither going to give you any edge in CA nor any disadvantage.

You have already won half battle since you know your weakness. Maths needs practice so if you find it a challenge, practice more as its required in all courses. Since CS is a professional course, you can go for b.com simultaneously as it will help you in further growth in education. For CS, you may look at the following link.

u have to appear for MAT,CAT,GMAT or other exams.
If you are interested in accounting,MBA for finance is better.if u are interested in programming and other computer studies MBA for IT is best.other choices are Human Resource,Marketing management,MBA in systems,etc

Economics is a highly mathematical subject. I requires good command over Maths.
Hence, maths is a compulsory subject while pursuing Economics Honors.
