Please decide as to which country you intend to do your graduation, if it is the US then you need to give SAT and TOFEL tests and get the scores required by the universities you are applying to. If it is the UK and Australia you need only IELTS, same goes for Canada. It also goes without saying that you need the minimum academic scores in your 12th as required by the Universities you are applying to. Rest of the admission requirements like the statement of purpose, letters of reference etc., as required will be available on the University websites in the section International Students. Well you can go for both. MBA is a post grad degree that requires a graduation degree to be eleigible to get admission in an MBA college. So you can first pursue engineering and then go for MBA.
