You can go for B.Maths/ B.stats from ISI it will give you a rewarding career. Or else you can go for B.Tech, BSc, BBA, BCA etc from reputed colleges like IIT, NIT, BITS, Lovely professional University. Chances of getting good placements directly after B.Sc are less as compared to other courses so choose wisely. I would suggest you to choose option which you actually want to pursue not what others say is good.

Medical science students have higher advantage in becoming forensic scientists as a significant part or portion of the subject is related to medical science and analysis. However, forensic science course is also open for students of BA and BSc who can do post graduation in forensic sciences.
