It is advisable to give CAT and apply to colleges with ur CAT score as it is accepted by most of the colleges in the country. On the contrary there are very few good colleges which accept MAT

After Commerce graduation you are eligible for majority of general jobs in Government and PSUs where eligibility criteria is graduation. You will able to get entry level jobs in Finance & Accounting, Commerce departments in private sector. In order to have better career either you will have to do MCom/MBA or do career enhancing courses after BCom.

cat exam is tough but mat exam is not so much tough is u do mba through mat u need to check the aima website

In such a case, you go for Medical. Math is very much essential in developing a concept in the Engineering side and you may have to develop your Mathematical skills, if you are keen on Engineering.

yes ,you can go for B.Pharma even with mathematics but choose the institute cautiously.here are some of the colleges where you can get admissions

10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
