You have all the options open in both academic or professional course related to any subject of grade 12 except mathematics but that does not restrict you from pursuing anything which requires it like accountancy or economics. You hv the options of both diplomas or degrees in hotel management, business administration or any other skill based course. Lovely to see girls pursuing mathematics in higher studies. In Delhi, you have the following options.
1. Delhi university
2. IIT Delhi
3. IIIT Delhi
4. Jamia Milia Islamia
5. IGNOU
6. NSIT Delhi
7. Shiv Nadar University
8. DTU Delhi ( May be only for engg. grads so pl check )

It would not be possible to enter any master's programme until you complete your graduation. In case you are interested in any diploma/ certificate in English. Take a look at ignou.ac.in and choose. Once you clear your bachelor's , you may apply for masters too.

as per my concern C++ and many other programning language requires basic knowledge. It's the unsaid truth that if a person is good in maths then his/her programming skills are excellent ! Just try, but as per my concern maths is required

As per CBSE student cannot change its stream in class 12 and also in mid stream of class 11. And you might also face problem from changing your stream from comm without maths to science with maths. The link for the same is given below:

Mathematics is found difficult if you hvnt practiced it enough but b.com hons has a good scope for career in future as you will have lot of options to choose from. so I would suggest which ever university you wish to apply for, check the course structure for it and then decide.

You do not require to be a Maths student to be a banker. However basic understanding of maths of 10th standard is must to crack banking job entrance examinations.
