It depends upon the university from where you are pursuing the course.
But, normally it is not allowed to do so.
Therefore, you will not able to change your course from B.Sc. computer to B.Sc. mathematics.

Yes there is stats and maths are there but college have best faculty for these subjects.
so all stream student are comfortably able to do. As you are from BA backgroud you have to work hard on it.
