M.Sc. Statistics or Master of Science in Statistics is a postgraduate Statistics course. Statistics is the study of the collection, organization, and interpretation of data. It deals with all aspects of this, including the planning of data collection in terms of the design of surveys and experiments. The duration of M.Sc. in Statistics is mostly of two academic years but it varies from institute to institute.
M.Sc. Statistics Eligibility
A pass in B.Sc. Statistics/B.Sc. Mathematics/B.Sc. Mathematics with Computer Applications along with Statistics as one of the papers.
The marks of admission for this course vary from University to University. In various colleges and Universities there is an entrance exam for the admission of courses.

Since you belong to commerce stream I would suggest you to go for BBA in hotel travel and tourism from UTM Shillong as it is a very good university offering this program and Shillong itself is a tourist destination you can learn a lot here. Program helps students acquire a thorough knowledge and understanding of MARKETING, Sales, Tour Planning, Tour Operation, Holiday Consulting and foreign exchange management for tourists. .So, choose wisely and best of luck!

Clinton, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career. Yes you can opt for photography if you are passionate about it. If you are not able to pursue it full time certification in photography is the another option you can opt.
