Yes, after completing B.Sc. In Maths then opting for MBA finance is a good option, how ever it would be advisable, to work for some years after graduation and then opt for MBA.

Yes, non Maths candidates can be apply for BMS. And it is not mandatory to have Maths for BMS course you can easily get admission without Maths.
