The SSCBS entrance test is open for both Maths and non-maths students. But being from a Maths background is preferable as the entrance test requires decent knowledge of Maths upto class 12.

Hi, no, it's not compulsory to have Maths in class 12th to get admission in Business Administration course, but you have to study Statistics in the first semester of business administration course. Most of the students are from commerce background. The course is quite easy and no extra coaching is required from an outside coaching institute.
