Physics, chemistry, biology is required B.Sc courses are generalized except for B.Sc in Anaesthesia as this focuses exclusively on the anesthesia technology and other related subjects. Chances are less as your percentage is low according to the cut-off and also, many students apply for DU colleges from all over India and also, there is no home state benefit. Most of them want B.Com honors, so it depends on your luck now.
