Marks for general students should be 50% in graduation
For SC/ ST /BC: 45% in graduation. To get into Punjab University you've to get 60% in the entrance exam

Hello,
No, Maths is not required. Physics, chemistry, biology is required B.Sc courses are generalized except for B.Sc in Anaesthesia as this focuses exclusively on the anesthesia technology and other related subjects. The eligibility criteria needed to join this course is 10+2 in Science with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Thank you.

Chances are less as your percentage is low according to the cut-off and also, many students apply for DU colleges from all over India and also, there is no home state benefit. Most of them want B.Com honors, so it depends on your luck now.
