Yes, you are able to do M.Sc Maths, because in your B.Sc Chemistry, you have Maths subject like (maths, Physics, Chemistry) that subject of maths is enough to do M.Sc Maths. You has great advantage in Doing M.Sc Maths, it has a huge scope. All the Best.

For MCA, Physics and Maths is compulsory for all students, I think you should have to go for other courses in which you have command and can do with ease.

candidate must have a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination with Mathematics and Business Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
