Yes, you can get the admission in BBA. You only have to clear the entrance test.

Firstly, Xavier's doesn't offer B.Sc. Eco. It offers B.A. Eco. and you are eligible for it.

Every eligible candidate should get a fair chance to get into the course and Institute of their choice, no matter what the number of seats. Further, incomplete/unauthentic documents or last minute dropouts or other reasons leave behind vacant seats which could be filled in by other interested candidates.
