No, it is not necessary for M.Sc Biotechnology to have Mathematics at class 12th level for admission in IITs. The basic eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Biotechnology for Joint admission test ( JAM) is given below. Educational qualification : Bachelor degree in any Branch/Subject
Essential subjects at (10+2) level : No Restrictions
JAM entrance paper code : BT.

Yes as you are a UT POOL there are chances to get admission in 2nd or 3rd counselling. But also keep other colleges too as an option

No Graphic design does not needs Mathematics at 12th level. Top Design Institutes like NID, Pearl Academy, JDIFT etc. Does not required Mathematics background in 12th.

Yes, There are majority of colleges and universities for which maths is compulsory in 12th to get the course BCA.

SEE I would say This is your choice, In my opinion if you choose this course that better because the Course chosen by any student is better if he or she has an interest in that course. If you are interested in maths then This course is best for you. Lastly, I will say In our mind we choose the course of our interest and courses which helps us to get a job which is the ultimate goal for our study.

Yes, You are eligible for the NIMCET exam. For NIMCET There is no such criteria of eligibility that you have CS paper. The only Criteria is that You have overall 60% plus or 6 CGPA marks in your undergraduate course as well as at least one maths or statistics paper in any year or semester of your Undergraduate course.
