You can go with CSE. There is a lot of scope in CSE. You can get a good job with high salary from here.

No, it is not enough, if you belong to general category, the cutoff for government colleges is quite high when compared to private ones.

You can take commerce without Maths as class 12th Maths involves calculus and much more which is not required for Commerce students. But, if you like Maths to be as a subject, then you can take it which adds as a plus when you pursue your UG.
