As per the 2012 scheme, maths was compulsory for applying to SSCBS. However, with the introduction of BMS this restriction was removed and in 2014 as well maths was not compulsory. Yes, maths is compulsory for you to give the entrance exam. The entrance exam would ask for your marks in maths and other subjects.

If you secure good marks in maths in compartment exam & get qualified in 2nd round of NATA exam, surely you will be eligible to secure admission to Architecture course. Good Luck.

The cutoff marks vary from college to college every year and are generally based on the all over 12th result. You got 94.2% which is a good percentage and I think getting admission in the best DU college for B.Sc would not be hard for you as generally the cutoff is above 90% for best colleges in DU.

There are many opportunities without mathematics and Science. You can go for arts subjects. Complete your graduation and intermediate in arts subjects, you will be able to write all non tech government exams like Indian railways, SSC CGL UPSC and many others. Best of luck.
