You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list. After that second list comes out and admissions are done on the basis of the second list. This procedure continues till all the seats are filled. Suppose you get admission in one college or course in the first list and in the second list you get a college/course that you like better, you have the option of withdrawing from the previous. Before doing that, check with new college if you are eligible or not. I have seen many students withdraw their admission from the previous college and then at the new college when their percentage is calculated, there arises some problem. This happens because for vocational subjects and stream change there are certain rules. So please check with the new college before withdrawing admission.

You are in a very tough situation, you have to study day and night so that you can pass the 12th. You have to make a proper plan and you need to give proper time to each and every subject. I am understanding' about your situation. If I was on your side, then I would definitely pass out as I gave only 2-3 months to my B.Com 3 year and passed out with first division. I had given approximately 7-10 months to my first year of B.Com and got the second division and had given maybe 4-5 months to my second year and got the first division. I made strategies and proper plans and gave proper time and study day night so that I got passed. So, if you apply the same then you can clear your 12th.
