Yes, there are certain government exams conducted by the universities in India if you want do B.Sc. From there you have to write entrance exam and qualify them in order to get a good seat. B.Sc. Entrance exams are conducted by many universities like BHU, Allahabad, DU, etc.

You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list. After that second list comes out and admissions are done on the basis of the second list. This procedure continues till all the seats are filled. Yes, Eligibility for M.A. Hindi in JNU :
Graduation with minimum 45%. Admission Process : 1. Entrance Test : Eligible candidates need to appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the University.

Hi,
You are in a very tough situation, you have to study day and night so that you can pass the 12th. You have to make a proper plan and you need to give proper time to each and every subject. I am understanding' about your situation. If I was on your side, then I would definitely pass out as I gave only 2-3 months to my B.Com 3 year and passed out with first division. I had given approximately 7-10 months to my first year of B.Com and got the second division and had given maybe 4-5 months to my second year and got the first division. No, maths is not necessary for BBA in Calcutta university. You can apply for BBA without maths.
