Physics and Chemistry is always a compulsion. Maths, Biology or Biotech are choices for third and 4th subjects where you can have either or more than one. Other than that, you get other subject choices too. In short PCMB covers all.

Maths is not compulsory. You just need basic knowledge of 11th-12th mathematics and that is enough for what is required. Good luck.
