In 12th, mathematics is not compulsory. You can take alternative subject to replace to mathematics. For pursuing HR, you not need maths but you should think analytically.

Yes, you can, but make sure that you fulfill all the basic criteria. You can know in detail about the course and then decide whether to pursue or not. Here are the Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc Course:
* Should have a Bachelor's Degree in any of the Science-related streams from a recognized university. The M.Sc Course is tailor-made for B.Sc. Graduates.
* The cut-off differs from institute to institute; however, most colleges require candidates to score at least 55% in graduation exam finals.
* Clearing any of the accepted entrance exams is mandatory in order to get into the top M.Sc Colleges in the country.

Eligibility for M.Sc forestry:
Graduation or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline, completed from a recognized university.
Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:
Sc. (Forestry)
Sc. (Agriculture)
Sc. (Horticulture)
Tech. (Horticulture)
Tech. (Agricultural Biotechnology).
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.

There are many scope after completing B.Sc Mathematics. You can pursue for M.Sc in any subject and you can be eligible for MBA. And, you have another line of teaching. You can also go for teaching line after completing B.Ed.

To be able to give you the details of the course, you will definitely be able to get admission on the basis of the information that you have shared. However the actual admissions depend on the class 12th marks that you get. It is on the basis of the marks that admissions are taken in B.Sc in agriculture. The minimum qualification required to apply for B.Sc. In agriculture is 50-60% (depends on institute to institute) in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
