In Delhi University's scenario, it isn't. You can get admission with both your PCM and PCB percentage which ever is higher. But there's around a 3% relaxation for PCBM students, though not sure if it criteria still persist. Furthermore, DU offers only B.Sc. Honours degree in Food technology. If you wanna go for B.Tech in Food Technology then it might be better to have an option of maths and drop biology.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (Diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination.

For DGCA approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering training course, the candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 class with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or university or its equivalent.
Limited seats are available as of now in Avionics Stream (Electrical, Instrument and Radio Navigation System) category B2 so hurry up and visit to institute for registration of your name for admission to AME course.

Apart from engineering, you can go for B.Sc. Which is very popular now and you can choose B. pharmacy, MABS or any other medical courses. Or you can even choose to enter other streams as well. But, I would recommend you for B.Tech in CS which will utilize your mathematical skills in a good way.
