Pursue any of this according to your interest. For getting government jobs, you need to clear exams like UPSC which has an optional paper. If you plan to choose PCM, as one of your optional paper go ahead with that subject. Anyway, choosing the subject in which you are most comfortable will elevate your preparation for other exams as you will have to give less time to the subject. Usually, Mathematics is chosen by many people if they are interested in clearing some government exams.

Yes, of course the teachers help you in case you are weak in a subject. The only thing you have to do is go up to them and let them know, you are ready to work hard and really learn.
Hope that helps.

Yes, you can definitely go for MBA finance. MBA is a mixture of all the subjects, which helps you in the overall development. Maths will also come into play, but as you said you are good in accounts, I am pretty sure you will easily be able to manage simple calculation of Maths. It is only in 1st Trimester.

Yes, you can definitely apply for and pursue CS and B.Com even if you haven't studied maths in your class 12th. Maths is not a compulsion for CS and B.Com.

Since you have done B.Sc in Maths, so your field must be related to mathematics, which can differ after opting masters in IT. So, that can be a problem for you in future to cope up with the subjects. Along with this, if you are having graduation in Math, so it will be difficult for getting job somehow.
