No, you cannot pursue two regular degree simultaneously. You can pursue B.Sc Hons from private form Bihar. Hope this helps you better way. Best of luck.

Admission process is done by ACPC, L.D. College of Engg. Ahmedabad, visit www.jacpc.ldce.ac.in.
Once the list of admitted candidates is declared by ACPC, those who are allotted seat at Faculty of Technology and Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, must apply online for temporary registration on http://msub.digitaluniversity.ac.in
