No, you can't get admission there. As for getting admission in VSICS you should pass in all your 12th subject. No university or college will give you admission without passing 12th. Good luck.

No, Math is not mandatory to do B.Sc in microbiology. You can get admission for microbiology without Maths. For top colleges, you can choose AIIMS, BPT, AFMC Pune, KMC Karnataka between these colleges .
