Physics is necessary and utilized in every facet of modern technology, mathematicians are more concerned with manipulating numbers than implementing numbers and constructing systems (other than statisticians. )
I am convinced mathematics and physics are codependent upon one another in many regards. However, I think a person can be good at math and not physics, while a person can be good at physics and not math. To earn a good salary depends upon the work you do. Its some times even an engineer does't earn a good or juz a B.Com graduate becomes the owner of a company. Think wisely. Its all upto your own dedication and hard work. There are many streams you can opt for such as CSE, IIT Mechanical, BCA, BBA and many more also Commerce, taking maths into consideration. Good luck for your future and believe me, there are no shortcuts to success.

The result of NDA exam mainly depends on your mathematics performance. If you crack the mathematics cut-off then your GAT paper is checked. The maths paper cut-off goes higher for NDA 1 as the paper is easy. So, there are less chances for you to clear NDA 1. Anyway, wait for the result and my best wishes are with you.

Dear Atikhna,
Since you don't have maths in your academics, you are ineligible to apply for M.Sc because in order to get admission, you need to have at least 60%-70% in class 12th science and in graduation also.
