MBA Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria for BAU MBA Agri Business Admission 

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Horticulture, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Home Science, Fisheries, Biotechnology, Biological Science & Food Processing/Technology will be eligible for the course. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination may apply but completion of degree is required before Group Discussion and interview. Candidates of SC & ST categories with 55% marks and candidates of all other categories with 60 % marks are eligible. Candidates with good CAT score will be considered and be exempted from the written test.

• English Language Comprehension: 35 marks

• Mathematical Ability: (10th Standard): 35 marks

• Data Understanding and ability (understanding of graphs, tables etc.): 35 marks

• Agriculture and allied Sciences: 35 marks

• Total (A): 140 marks

2. Group Discussion: 40 marks

3. Interview: 20 marks

Total Full Marks (A+B+C): 200 marks

Seats and Reservation Policy:

• There are 40 seats in MBA (Agribusiness) Post graduate degree programme. Out of which 50% seats are reserved for the residents of Jharkhand. Reservation policy of the state government shall be applicable.

The following are the listed MBA eligibility requirements at Institute of Management and Computer Studies : 
The candidate must be of Indian origin.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the Association of Indian Universities, with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in the case of candidates from backward classes and persons with disabilities from Maharashtra State only).

To enroll in the MBA programme at ICRI Pune, students need to have a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% from a recognised university as part of the eligibility criteria. Following this, the admission process involves a group discussion and participating in an individual interview.

The admission is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exams such as the CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA. A minimum of 50% marks in graduation is required for being eligible, a higher percentage in graduation and entrance exams can increase the chances of admission.Cut-off marks or scores for MBA admissions may vary from year to year and are affected by several factors.
