As per the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the eligibility criteria for GMAT exams have not been officially stated. The institute or university in which the student is seeking admission may have certain eligibility criteria, and they may vary across universities. However, the basic eligibility for GMAT exams are as follows:
Age
You must be at least 18 years old. Those of you who are between 13 and 17 years must get a written proof of permission, from a parent or legal guardian in order to appear for the GMAT exam. There is no upper age limit to take the GMAT exam.

Masters degree in any discipline with 55% marks (or grade point equivalent) throughout academic career(or)
Bachelors degree of at least four year duration (such as B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch.) from a recognized University/Institute with 55% marks (or grade point equivalent).
