It is very tough to get admission in SIES with this percentile. I would suggest that please appear in entrance exam like MAT, ATMA, CET, XAT to get more good Marks.
Since, SIES doesn't give weightage to entrance score just perform very well in GD PI for securing your seats. You have to be damn good.
All the best.

Hi Roshan,
The Eligibility criteria for our new MBA programme with collaboration with Pondicherry University is as follows:
A candidate is eligible for admission to the MBA programme, provided he/she possesses any Degree from a recognized University under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 or 11+2+2 streams. Applicants possessing degrees awarded by the Universities not recognized by the UGC are not eligible for admission.
And your tag says that you want to have the Diploma course in HRM. You are also eligible for that.
So Congratulations for both.
All the best.

You have good percentage now. Try to score good in entrance to chase few top tier I MAT.
50% is a decent safe benchmark. You should know in core finance job profile, maximum MNC demands 55-60% and for sales, few top FMCG giants and pharma company demands 50% in/upto graduation.
Though, you can have an unbiased view through linkedin/quora alumni chat to have a 360 degree view), if you have 97% onwards can chase SIMSREE-Mumbai, PUMBA-Pune, XIME-Banglore, KJSMAIYA, JBIMS.
Choose your area of interest, then choose your college according to that.
