For MBA, IPU has online counselling process. On 13th June they'll start with their counselling participation fee where u need to pay Rs.1000 as participation fees and most probably by 18th they'll display their counseling schedule wherein the dates for choice filling and other rounds of counseling will be mentioned. And to check for the colleges where your rank is eligible you can check for the last year cutoffs.

Yes, you can get a good company after MBA degree if you are having good marks in MBA.
Because in the management, placement companies do not seek for the percentage in +2 or graduation as they only seek for good percentage in MBA.

Yes, you can definitely for PGDM course as the requirement of scores for the various colleges is distributed along as 50% + grades in 10th, 12th and graduation and a good MAT score. So, I would suggest you to prepare well for the MAT exam and definitely look forward for your preferred opportunities.

You are not eligible to seek admission in MBA based on your current educational qualification. Diploma in Engineering is not equivalent to a graduation degree. You are advised to first gain graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university to seek admission in MBA.
