The admissions have already begun. The cut off percentage is you should have minimum 50% in your graduation.

IIT-IIM graduates have edge over other graduates in terms of better companies and higher package because such students are considered the cream of India by large corporations.

IIMs consider only graduation degree marks beside 10th and 12th marks. Your B.Tech score will be considered. Process and weightage of marks differ every year. You may look at IIMs website for details.

There is no age bar for doing MBA. You are eligible to do MBA even if you have 3-years or more years of gap in your education. You may have to provide justification for gap years during HR round of interview. If your MBA academic performance and job selection process performance is good, any HR recruiter will condone your gap years.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Com, BBA and MBA as maths does not play important role. Your overall percentage should be good.
