MBA Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for MBA at Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT) are as follows:

1. Graduates from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for SCIT's MBA-ITBM program.

2. Candidates are required to be conversant with IT and possess strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

3. Candidates appearing for the final year of their Bachelor's degree examinations may also apply, but their admission will be subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

4. The minimum percentage required for admission is 45% for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Differently Abled (DA), and Kashmiri Migrants (KM) categories.

5. The admission process for SCIT's MBA programme is both merit and entrance-based. Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by SCIT Pune.

Given below are the eligibility criteria for admission to the MBA programme at NSB Bangalore:

• The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any specialisation from a recognised university and those applicants who are waiting for their final year results may also apply. However, such students will be given provisional admission.
• Candidates based on their scores in CAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ CMAT/ KMAT will be shortlisted for the personal/ telephonic interview. Those who qualify for the personal/ telephonic interview will be required to report to the admission cell at NSB Bangalore for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.

Firstly the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (5% marks relaxation in case of SC/ST candidates) of all the subjects from any Universities recognised by the AIU/UGC or AICTE, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD. Govt. of India.

Secondly, the Bachelor’s degree of equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail or minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary Schooling ( 10+2) equivalent.
Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination in the year 2023 can also apply subject to furnishing the proof of having passed graduation by October 2023 and obtaining minimum 50% marks in aggregate total of all the subjects studied failing which the provisional admission will be cancelled and no fee will be refunded in lieu thereof.
All candidates are required to take the CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA with a minimum 50 percentile.
